How do I start the process of getting help?

If you have already been in contact with your local Social Services they will have advised you about the financial support that may be available to you.

If you qualify for financial support, they may well have discussed direct payment. This is when, instead of the Council providing the service direct, you are given control of your care budget and will be able to choose which provider you would like.

Whether you qualify for financial support or not, you can contact our offices and discuss your needs with a member of our team. We will be happy to offer advice and support about your care requirements, discuss any costs involved, and arrange for a member of the management team to visit you at home to discuss your individual care plan, with no obligation.
